PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Acrylic copolymer based and water based silk matt decorative interior antibacterial wallpaint with zeolite mineral.

PROPERTIES

Zeolite mineral is a natural and pure raw material defined as the “raw material of the 21st Century” by the science world since it is considered as antidote of world’s air-soil-water pollution. Thanks to its cage like structure, the product covers the area of application and spreads quickly. The silicon based product can be wiped. The product has high level of coverage and whiteness; it perfectly adheres to the area of application. The easy-to-apply product spreads very well on the surface. It is odor free and environment friendly.

APPLICATION

The product can be easily applied on all kinds of surfaces such as plaster, exposed gas concrete, roofing material made of asbestos and cement, precast concrete panel, brick and plaster board. The application surfaces must be dry, clean and free of dust. Previously painted surfaces must be scraped to remove the paint. If necessary, “Düfa Acrylic Interior Wall Putty” must be puttied for leveling the surface. After leveling the surface, one coat of “Ultra Acrylic Cover Primer” can be applied on previously painted surfaces, dark surfaces or surfaces with synthetic paints for reducing consumption on the last coat of paint and improving its adherence on the surface; “UItra Acrylic Transparent” or “Ultra 1/7 Concentrated Primer” might be used on other surfaces. After priming a surface, dilute “ZEOLITE SILK MATT ANTIBACTERIAL” with maximum 10 % water and apply 2 coats with a roller or brush. Wait for minimum 4 to 5 hours between coats. The application temperature is between 5°C to 35°C.

DRYING TIME

Touch Dry: 30 to 40 minutes. Waiting time between the coats: 4 to 5 hours. Through-dry time : 24 hours (23 °C and 50 % humidity)

CONSUMPTION

14 to 18 m2/l can be painted on one coat depending on absorbing properties and type of surface. Site sampling is required for final quantities of consumption.

STORAGE

Store in a cool and dry room away from direct sunlight; store in 5°-35°C in its sealed container and protect from freeze. Use the product within a period of one month after opening the package. Shelf life of unsealed package is 2 years under the storage conditions.
