Ultra Panel Door Paint

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Water based, acrylic resin based, semi-matte looking, top coat panel door paint.

PROPERTIES

It is very resistant to yellow and has a high cover. It is very easy to remove the stains on its surface. When excellent adhesion is ensured, it does not crack, blister or spill. It spreads very evenly and is very easy to apply. It is odorless and environment friendly.

APPLICATION

The surfaces to be applied must be dry, clean, free of oil and dust. Old and blistered painted surfaces should be scraped and cleaned. Damaged and loose surfaces must be corrected before application. Old painted surfaces should be lightly sanded and the abrasive dusts on them should be cleaned. "Ultra Panel Door Paint" is ready for use. If necessary, it is applied in 2 coats with a roller or brush by diluting with water in the maximum amount of 5%. According to the color of the surface, it can also be applied in a third coating, in case of need. Waiting time between coatings is 4-5 hours (may vary depending on ambient temperature). Doors of the environments in which the application is made should be kept open for at least 24 hours and should be closed only after drying is completed.

DRYING TIME

(At 23°C and 50% humidity) Touch Dry: 50–60 minutes. Waiting between coats: 4–5 hours. Through-dry time: 24 hours.

CONSUMPTION

Depending on absorbing capacity and type of the surface, an area of 15-20 m² is painted on single layer. Field sample work should be carried out for precise consumption.

STORAGE

It should be kept in its closed package, in a dry and cool place that is not directly exposed to sunlight and between 5°-35° C and should be protected from frost.
