Silver Lux Gloss Synthetic

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 

Alkyd based , decorative gloss top coat paint. 

PROPERTIES 

It is glossy and extremely easy to apply on internal and external wooden, metal surfaces. If desired, it can be applied on the internal wall with decorative purposes. Lead-free. 

APPLICATION 

1- The wall surfaces must be dry, clean and dustfree. The rough surfaces should be smoothened by "Düfa Acrylic Interior Putty". Old painted surfaces should be smoothened by sandpaper and puttied if needed. 

2- Metal surfaces should be sanded, free of dust and oil. For rusty surfaces single coat of “Silver Antirust” is recommended as primer.

3- The wooden surfaces which would be painted for the first time should be protected by single coat of “Art-Tex Wood Protector”. The prepared surfaces should be primed with “Silver Synthetic Primer”. 24 hours after the priming “Silver Synthetic Gloss Paint” diluted by 10-15% “Synthetic Thinner”, is applied in 2 coats. The waiting period between the coats is 1 day. The application temperature is between 5 ˚C and 35 ˚C. 

DRYING TIME 

Touch-dry 3-4 hours, dust dry 4-6 hours, complete drying 24 hours. (23 ºC, 50% RH) 

CONSUMPTION 

For single coat – 15-20 m²/lt depending on the surface absorbability. (25±5 micron dry film thickness). 

STORAGE

Keep in dark place in closed package at 5 ˚C – 35 ˚C.
