Diamond Synthetic Gloss Paint

DESCRIPTION

Alkyd based decorative gloss topcoat paint.

PROPERTIES

Apply on interior and exterior wood and metal surfaces.It can be also used for decorative purposes of interior walls. Lead free.

APPLICATION

1. Wall should be clean, dry and dust free. For rough surface apply an interior putty. Old

painted surfaces should be sanded and after wards dust must be removed from the surface. Apply that interior putty after cleaning.

2. Metal should be sanded and remowed dust and oil. For rusty surfaces please apply one coat "Silver Synthetic Primer".

3. Wood which will be painted for the first time, should be protected by one layer of “ Art-tex

Colored Wood Varnish or Primer” after all surface preparation, use “Silver Synthetic Primer” 24 hours later , apply 2 coats of “ Diamond Synthetic Gloss Paint” diluted with % 10 -15 synthetic thinner. Brush, roller or spraying equipment can be used. Wait 1 day between coats. Temperature for application is between +5℃ and +35℃.

DRYING TIME

Touch dry 3-5 hours, dust dry 5-7 hours, hard dry 24 hours. (20℃ % 45-65 R.H. 100 g/m²)

CONSUMPTION

Approximately 14- 18 m²/l for one coat application depending on surface.

STORAGE

Store in dry, cool places and protect from direct sunlight. Storage temperature is between 5℃ and 35℃ Shelf life is 2 years.
