Exterior Wall Acrylic Putty

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Water based putty for exterior use.

PROPERTIES

It covers cracks on exterior walls and creates a smooth surface. Due to high quality components it is resistant to water, moisture and impacts. Easy and fast application saves time and labour. It increases the durability and decreases consumption of the paint. Odorless and environmental friendly. High water vapour permeability allows the surface to breath.

APPLICATION

In order to prevent sudden loss of water of the putty which should be applied on the wall and increase adherence of the surface, on the surfaces with high absorbability, such as gas concrete, "Ultra Acrylic Transparent Primer" and "Ultra 1/7 Concentrated Primer" should be applied. On the surfaces with low absorbability, such as betopan, eternit, mdf, brick and old painted surfaces "Silosan Silicone Pigmented Primer" should be applied and the surface should be prepared. It is used to achieve flat and smooth surface on the exterior fronts of the buildings. The surface must be dry, clean and dustfree. "Düfa Acrylic Exterior Wall Putty" is ready to use, and can easily and fast be applied in two coats by the spatula. If desired, fresh portland cement can be added to the "Acrylic Putty" not exceeding 20%. It is preferable to prepare the mixture by the mixer until there is no lumps left. To apply the second coat, the first coat should be dried completely. The filling procedure of wide and deep cracks should be repeated 2-3 times.
