Düfa Floor Primer
PRDUCT DESCRIPTION
Floor Primer is a primer that can be applied to concrete and asphalt surfaces consisting of acrylic oligomer and MMA monomer.
PROPERTIES
The Floor Primer has excellent film properties (adhesion, durability, chemical resistance) and provides easy application of subsequent coats due to the fact that it is a super high-speed curing primer.
It can be used on bicycle paths, areas with light pedestrian traffic, warehouses, walkways, stores, office floors and all areas where fast drying is required. It has high adhesion and elastic properties, resistant to weathering, road salts, and fuel residues. It is single-component. It can be applied directly by roller and by airless pump.
APPLICATION
Concrete must be cured for at least 28 days at a temperature of 21°C and a relative humidity of 50%. The oil, moisture, sand, dust, sorbet and other impurities on the surface should be completely cleaned and the surface smoothness should be maintained. For high-strength concrete surfaces (260 ㎏/㎠ or above), sand blasting (sanding) should be performed. Cracks, crevices and deep pits on the floors should be repaired with appropriate pastes. The Ambient temperature should be: 5~35℃, the surface temperature should be: 40℃ or below, and the relative humidity should not exceed 80%. The humidity on the applied surface should not exceed 6%. There is a serious amount of oil and non-dried asphalt on the new asphalt floor surfaces, so the new asphalt surfaces should be sufficiently dried at least 3 months at 20 °C before painting.
The Floor Primer is ready for use; it can be thinned by 5% if necessary.
The area should be ventilated to prevent odor during application in confined spaces. (The higher the floor and ambient temperatures, the more severe the smell will be).
