Profitec Gross Concrete Primer

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Styrene acrylic based, designed for gross concrete walls and ceilings, used for increase to penetration for concrete and gypsum plaster surface coloured textured primer. 

PROPERTIES

It is water based and easy to application. Improves adherence to concrete, cement and gypsum based plaster prevent the rapid loss of water.

APPLICATION

All surfaces must be clean, dry and dust free. The loosing particles must be removed from the surface. 4 to 6 liters of water is added inside the 12 kg bucket. Mixed with a mixer for 3-5 minutes with 400-600 rpm. The mixture is not used in a short period of time with periodic re-mixing process should be moved to obtain a homogeneous distribution. Use textured roller. Wait for 24 hours to fully dry. At the end of this period should be the application of cement and gypsum based plasters. Application temperature is between +5 °C and +35 °C. It does not suggested that use high humidity areas such as hammam, sauna, bathroom and so on. and exterior walls.

DRYING TIME

Touch dry 1-2 hours, hard dry 24 hours. (23 °C, 50% R.H.)  

STORAGE

Store in dry and cool places. Protect from freze and direct sunlight. Storage temperature between 5 °C and 35°C.
