Silosan Gross Concrete Red

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Polymer modified resin based interior surface primer used for enhancing surface adherence before plaster and cement based liquid applications to be performed on exposed concrete. 

PROPERTIES

Used on exposed concrete surfaces before the application of Gypsum and cement based mortar. Used as an adherence improver on surfaces like exposed concrete wall, column and wall.

APPLICATION

Surface Preparation: Application surface should be cleaned of any kind of dirt, rust or molding oil (if any) which will restrain the product from adhering on surface. Defects on surface should be repaired. Surface should be dry and clean.
Prepared by mixing with water at a maximum rate of 50% depending on the desired viscosity using a low speed mixer and applied to the surface with sheepskin roller as one coat." Exposed Concrete Primer" should be mixed with specified intervals during application. Wait until the surface gets dry thoroughly for primer and plaster work. (Approx. 24 hours)

DRYING TIME

24 hours. (20 °C, 65% R.H.)

CONSUMPTION

Approx. 250 gr/m² in one coat (may vary depending on surface structure). An area of 4 m² can be painted with 1 kg. A controlled sample work should be carried out for precise consumption calculation.

STORAGE

Store in dry, cool places and protect from freeze  and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should be between +5 °C and +35 °C.
